Mark Benson
Mark Benson is an award-winning landscape photographer, men’s coach, somatic practitioner, musician, and co-founder of the Heartfield Collective. Across his creative and healing work, he invites people into a deeper relationship with themselves, one another, and the natural world.
His landscape photography expresses a contemplative way of seeing, inviting viewers to slow down and encounter the beauty, stillness, and mystery of the living Earth. The same quality of presence runs through his music and his work supporting others.
With more than 25 years of experience in meditation, yoga, and men’s work, Mark’s path includes ten years as a yogic monk, devoted to spiritual practice and exploring the depths of the Self. This foundation continues to inform his approach to creativity, relationship, and embodied living.
As a certified Arca Men’s Facilitator, yoga instructor, lifelong meditator, and international kirtan musician, Mark supports men to reconnect with their purpose, embody the strength of loving masculine presence, and live with greater clarity and integrity. His work bridges spiritual practice with grounded embodiment, offering men a pathway home to themselves.
